Chicken!!!!!!






OK OK I am listening! I went to the grocery store and bought a whole bunch of chicken breast (boneless and skinless) on sale for 1.99 lb. I am currently cooking it in some white wine and spices and Im going to take it with me when we leave tomorrow so I will have a low fat nutritous alternative and wont be so tempted to cheat!!! Hopefully the baked lays and low fat other stuff I have will keep me happy and I can dwell on having fun with my boys instead of food food food. Please all of you keep me in your thoughts and prayers this weekend! I want to do a lot of swimming and getting RID of fat and not gaining fat!!!!! LOL

said). Anyway buddies, I need help and encouragement right now. Sorry Im not trying to be whiny or ungrateful for how far Ive come but it just seems so pointless at times, even though I know its not. The goal line just seems very far away right now and the football is getting heavy! This weekend we are planning a few nights away for the 4th and Im dreading it because Im scared of the food aspect. I guess I can just do what Dr. Phil says in these circumstances, set yourself up for success. I will bring plenty of stuff I CAN eat to avoid those things I cant eat or shouldnt eat!
